Godfrey has 35 years experience as a solicitor in a wide area of legal matters but deals with the following areas of law:-

• Sales and Purchases of businesses both asset transactions and share sales
• Company/commercial matters such as partnership agreements and shareholders agreements
• Lease extensions and enfranchisement

Godfrey has a degree in law and has practised in London and locally he has a wide experience in many aspects of legal practice.
